Representatives of the coalition "Clean Ticino (Italian Switzerland pusi Humanist Party, Trade Union dei Consumatori SinC, Sindacato Interprofessionale SiP, gruppo “Ticino Multietnico” , gruppo “Ambiente e Salute”) nella loro riunione di mercoledì 17 gennaio 2007 presso la sala conferenze del ristorante Cortivallo a Sorengo hanno deciso di proporre quale terzo candidato per la lista “Ticino Pulito” per il Consiglio di Stato il sindacalista ed attuale presidente del SiP di Bellinzona Franco Edera di Mendrisio il quale rappresenta il sindacalismo di base e non mercenario. Persona attiva da oltre 30 anni nel mondo sindacale e più precisamente alla Posta (ex PTT) Sensibile alle problematiche della gente nel suo tempo libero è soccorritore nel servizio di emergenza della Croce Rossa. Collabora con il Sindacato dei Consumatori in actions filed with the courts. Politically active in the left has provided its expertise to the list Ticino Clean representing the SiP.
We congratulate the Green Party for the courage they have shown not to be swayed to the enormous pressures and threats by the PS, by presenting them with a list for the government. We regret that all the other forces' opposition have agreed to the compromise of the "useful vote" which effectively deprives the citizen's choice of a real parliamentary opposition.
We have also further developed and approved the election manifesto.
