TICINO CLEAN (Humanist Party of Switzerland Italian pusi , Consumers Union of sync, SiP Interprofessional Union, the group "Multiethnic Ticino", group "Environment and Health"), in the meeting on 01/30 2007 at the conference room of the restaurant Cortivallo Sorengo, decided to nominate the Council of State in addition to Dr. Werner Nussbaumer, Dr. Laura and the union leader Franco Armani Ivy, Mr. Dominic Savio Mannamplackal who will represent the group TICINO multiethnic.
Mannamplackal Dominic Savio was born on 10/14/1956 in India, emigrated in 1988 in Ticino, a professional electrical engineer, domiciled in Breganzona, married with two children.

Persona attiva da oltre 30 anni nel mondo sindacale e più precisamente alla Posta (ex PTT) Sensibile alle problematiche della gente nel suo tempo libero è soccorritore nel servizio di emergenza della Croce Rossa.
